12:51 Some specific moves on some Pokemon just straight up do not appear in that move list. So if anybody is not 100% sure if a Pokemon gets a move you're thinking, check Showdown Natdex Draft team builder to be sure. I find the moves section to be the only unreliable part of this draft prep sheet, but it still gives a pretty good idea of the situation.
