What's a fandom without their run-of-the-mill Mean Girls animatic? I've gotten some confusion over the characters at the start, so I'd like to clarify that they are Maddie & Toadie's human designs from The Shut In episode.
My headcanon: this is a school play rehearsal! Sasha is getting super into it, she’s having an awesome time. Really getting into character, Marcy is just excited because she’s a theatre geek and knows all the words, she wants to show off to her friends- more ‘reciting’ then ‘acting’. Anne just showed up late and really wanted to be with her friends, and they needed someone who could sing (i.e. No Big Deal). She has never heard of Mean Girls and hasn’t even read the script yet- she’s just like “the frick is this?” the whole time XD. Does that make sense?
I can’t help but adore your decision to have the overly sexual dialogue be something that they read from the script with discomfort and don’t actually act out. These are kids after all. I feel so bad for Anne being stuck as the idiot when she’s so much more than that, but the other girls fit their roles so well it only makes for Anne to be Karen.
Yeah- I really just made it because the idea of Sasha as Regina was kinda fun! Sadly someone had to be Karen and it wasn't gonna be Marcy- and yeah- I felt a little bit uncomfortable with the girls saying sexual lines so I played it as they were reading from a script or they don't say it at all. This was mostly just a 3AM idea I had. This video is made for entertainment purposes and is not supposed to be related to anything inside the canon. Glad you adored it though

This is really nicely done and fits the pre-Amphibia Trio surprisingly well. In retrospective it's kinda strange that the show had a typical "queen bee" (well, maybe not so typical but still) and her clique as sympatetic protagonists and it worked just fine.
What a cute little animation! I love how each girl's personality fits the Plastic's personality. Sasha's like Regina (before she was redeemed), always in power, wanted to be in control, forced her friends to do things her way and was a very toxic person. Marcy is like Gretchen, very smart, intelligent, pretty and cool. And finally, we have Anne, who's somewhat similar to Karen, sometimes cute, dimwitted, silly, funny and quirky. To be honest, I think Anne and Marcy should've swapped roles. Anne should've been Gretchen and Marcy should've been Karen. But what an adorable, clever, cool and quirky animation!

Tbh I thought Anne would be Gretchen becuz of the big hair and also being manipulated by sasha while marcy is kinda just there...but I meann i guess it works either way lol
Well tbh Anne doesn’t really fit anyone Sasha is basically Regina’s Personality in a cartoon character and Gretchen while yes manipulated (Sasha had to manipulate Anne to get what she wanted but she could be upfront with Marcy) Marcy does fit the pressured, smart, insecure type more then Anne, I’m not saying Anne fits Karen but Sasha=Regina Marcy is Gretchen and Karen was all that was left, Anne is indeed smart but out of the 3 girls she gets the lowest grades and is the goofiest
