Yes, it is possible, still manually, but it would not be so easy to identify the speakers because as far as I know, Audacity doesn't do speaker identification (diarization) and coloring of the waveform.
Good visual tool to identify, but it sadly will never fix overlaps and cut things from speakers etc. Apparently Whisper can diarize automatically, though haven't tried.

Descript will also diarize but if there's overlap, no tool can fix that.
wild this is so complex is descript, this takes under 2 seconds in every other editor
i followed exactly proceeder to record single track but it print alll the file
Did you duplicate the tracks?
Did you delete the relevant portions from each track?
Did you SOLO or MUTE one track, before exporting?
