Abrams are faster by 2km/h. but I fear it can't reverse as fast as it can going forward. type 10 also has hydraulics on its tracks(giving it ability to hide the lower glacis). as far as I know abrams dont have that.

+MySpartan94 A human loader is lighter, faster to load, able to swap ammunition (something autoloaders can't do in current designs and requires the chambered round to be fired to switch ammo types) and something the others haven't mentioned: ammunition isolation. Because the ammunition is in the turret with the breech in autoloaded designs, unless you have armored bulkheads between the engine, turret compartment and crew, a hit to the turret destroys the tank. There's great footage from the 1991 Gulf War of T-72s going up like roman candles when M1 rounds penetrated the hull, hit the ammunition in the autoloader and blew the tank sky-high. And since the T-72 didn't have such isolation, the crew was killed instantly. Thats why US and Brit tanks don't have autoloaders.
That all depends on the crew tbh. But if you take out the crew factor, each tank has their own pros and cons. For example, the Type 10 has an autoloader which allows for one less crew member and has the ability of sustained rate of fire. The Abrams has a 4th crew which means another set of eyes for spotting enemies/additional firepower (Loader's 7.62 gun). On a tank vs tank, that all depends on who shoots first and crew skill.

This is too dangerous, what if the electronics malfunction and the turret turn towards the audience and fire a round.
The turret isn't automated - the gunner has complete control over turret movement.
