The first time I tried the French Drop was 50-something years ago... and this is the nicest explanation I've seen. The 'impression' bit is a great bit of misdirection.. and I'd never heard of the 'Ramsay Subtlety'... A great lil' video... :)
I love a vanish & reproduction, but this one includes a pass that makes this "steal & reveal" a real mystery to the viewer. Coin sleights rock... Right on!
Magicians are so weird. They’re all like: look at this coin, it’s gone, oh look I had it the whole time but somewhere you couldn’t see it. Like we know bro, we know. Haha
Missed the opportunity to show the other hand empty too when you're showing the marking on the hand when coin is already dropped in the marked hand.. that would be a great convincing move I feel.. Powerful illusion none the less 💫
For men, when she shows her hand palm down, what I do is a general gesture like John trayvolta with a towel, this also provides the illusion that they saw your empty hand, but when men hold the coin like she does it tends to give it away a bit
Thats really nice. Those subtleties make it way more impactfull without overcomplicating it. Thank you.
I love the term "let's learn" in all of your vids!
There was one video she didn’t say and it sent me for a loop! Those words are magical.
So brilliant! I'm grinning right now at how clever this is and how skilled you are in the doing and teaching.
damn that demonstration was clean af even after knowing the trick its hard to actually notice the coin drop
Sleight of hand is an amazing skillset, thank you for sharing
40 years of wondering! So simple and elegant, and me looking all along at the wrong hand.
Literally. Watching again and seeing her fingers on that hand reminds me I'm dumb 😂
Finally, not a narcissistic, condescending magician.
The way u say “Let’s learn “ motivates to learn so much more 👍
Idk why i always smile whenever i watch her trick, simple but amazing 🎉
Never heard the term “Lego hand” but I instantly got it. Beautiful, intelligent woman.

The slower its done the more impactful it seems, but harder to give it away
Even after knowing the method, it is still fascinating to see you doing it
The skill is insane, even after knowing how its done it looks perfectly clean.
