I've never been in the building, but it looks to be in decent shape from the outside and with some nice features. Glad to hear that they're going to renovate it.
Brings a whole new meaning to drop ceilings glad this one is being saved great vid and thank you for taking us along
Good video. Glad they are going to renovate it
Thank you Naomi! Same here! I can't wait to do the follow up on it when it's done.
I moved here in 2020, and at first, I didn't like it much, but then realized how lucky I was once I started to dig deeper. It's a beautiful city with a ton of history, actually.. Now, the people need to learn to use their turn signals, but besides that, it's a pretty awesome area. 😂
I remember when I was younger I had to go to a lawyers office in one of the upper floors . When I got back into the elevator to leave I know for a fact I hit 1 or M for main floor . I remember it took me straight to the basement and the doors opened to a pitch black area . I have a fear of elevators so I flipped and hit what ever button I could .. Great video
That place was full of attorneys offices. That would definitely be a bit disturbing to be forced into the dark basement when you didn't hit the button to go there. Much appreciated man, thanks for checking it out.
What cause the town to almost die out? I’m from pa and it’s interesting to learn its history
The mall in the 70s contributed to the death of downtown and many other factors after that but it's future is looking great now.
Never would have thought it had gotten that bad
The last place I can think of that was there was that soul food place. I don't remember any other businesses being open and they didn't even last long.
Great to hear about one that's going to be renovated instead of being demolished.
Cool old building
Agreed brother. It'll be very nice when it's finished. This guy doesn't mess around
