Snug Harbor botanical garden

The Snug Harbor Cultural Center and the Staten Island Botanical Garden were established in 1975. In 2008, they merged to become Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden. The buildings and garden are set in an 83-acre (34 ha) park along the Kill Van Kull in New Brighton, on the North Shore of Staten Island.
