Anyone else unable to download the intro bumper and the music?

Once on the Musicbed playlist page, click 'Download ' on the right side of the song you want to use, then click the 'Try It' option, and you can download the unwatermarked file.

Was there a reason your pdf points people to a different link? (aka the 2022 bumber)@@Filmsupply could be an oversight, but probably a good idea to update the pdf with correct links... I just caught this error before submitting. I've seen a few other edits with the old bumber as well. I will go include the correct one!

I've been working on this and finally starting downloading footage. I'm logged in and am using my collections. However, the footage always has a watermark. I don't want to try too many times because there is a limit. What is the workaround?
I think the watermarked version is a preview, which you can download as many as you want. There is however a limit (75) on downloads of the unmarked HQ versions, so the ideal workflow is to make your edit using the previews and then replace them once you have it locked, so that you don't waste your downloads on unused shots!
We are sorry you are having trouble downloading unwatermarked footage! First, find the unique footage code in your starter kit email and enter that into your account on Filmsupply (these steps for this can be found on page 4 of the starter kit).
Once the code has been entered, you will see a blue "Editfest" button in the top right of an individual clips page. Use that to download without a watermark.
