My kids wanted to try and make a bird house with a swan neck gourd. But after watching your video I don't think our temperatures here in South Texas will allow it to try correctly. Any thoughts?
Hmm... I wonder what I said that gave you that impression? There are lots of gourd growers in Texas. Gourds are a tropical plant, after all. You have heat to contend with, and I don't have a lot of info on that...

Can you dry them, by baking, if you’re impatient?
I've never tried that. I'm doubtful....
