@@codyreynolds7790 It really is. Things change, but at this moment in time it's one of the best malts being bottled regardless of price; and the price is super! About $50 USD! If it was a Springbank, which I think is a fair comparison style-wise, it would be $200 in 2022. So my suggestion is to grab 3-4 bottles, because there's no way prices will remain this reasonable given the state of things ✌️
That looks like a lovely bottle (that I doubt I'll ever get to try 🥺). I think Craigellachie 13 is such a beautiful, bargain of a whisky these days.
The 13 is a great dram 👍🏻

Sounds very nice and tasty, but very expensive. I'm glad you where able to try.🙂 I love the Craigellachie 13!
Good thing the 13 is tasty as well - and so much more affordable 🙌🏼🥃
Have you tried the 17? It’s as far as my budget will stretch but a great little number for the tropical note you like!
I have but quite a long time ago so I can’t remember exactly what it was like - but would love to retry it at some point ☺️
Sounds like a nice dram. Craigelleache does have some nice bottles. That 31 is just a tad out of my financial range by about $800+🙂
For me as well! I’ll stick to the 13 if I’m buying a bottle ☺️
only 13-17 yo core range or some younger age IBs are more approachable price-wise
Wow, a whiskey almost as old as me lol
🙌🏼🙌🏼
