It's called discipline, this is what recruits go through, the leader is not going to be cuddling you during boot camp when you enter the military you should see the Marine Drill Instructors they are more aggresive than this, they scream at you because if you are at war you need to hear the commands
this school is so bad its embarrasing
i am not pleased how the inspector is behaving he is mean disrespectful and he needs to behave better than that he needs to be friendly
