Differences between each difficulty:
Beginner: Gives you 10 seconds of bonus time.
Advanced: Adds 3 new moves. One of them is where you dodge, another is where you must go behind the balance board while the robotic punching bag slides slightly towards you, and lastly, you must actually step back and throw 2 punches on both sides 24 times. Additionally, you are now given 15 seconds of bonus time.
Super Advanced (Expert): Same as Advanced, but faster.

You can use a nunchuk on Wii fit u rhythm boxing. He chose to use a second remote. I also pick to use a second remote as I only have one working Nunchuk that I prefer to save for games that absolutely require it.
