You are absolutely amazing at putting these things into words. 🙏⚘️⭐️
Sometimes you go out to understand yourself and end up understanding someone else..

This is exactly what I need right now, I was taking notes and everything📝. Well all signs point to disorganised attachment. I’m therefore, so ready for the rest of the labs ! Lou.

Hi Dr Sage, absolutely loving your channel, particularly as you’re the only MH TH-camr who takes an academic approach with citations, presents the information in as simple manner possible, creates a sort of “cozy” environment virtually, and genuine passion for your field is very apparent. I was trying to remember the monkey study recently but forgot the exact details and thx to you I can send this vid which explains attachment much better. I’m eager to watch your other videos.

Hi guys! I am so excited to share a new mental health experience with you! I have created a concept called MENTAL HEALTH LABS where I can share workshop and self led, self help and mental health informed topics and exercises to help you know, heal and love yourself and your life and relationships more. This first Lab 1 is called "Who Are You Really?" and will have 6 separate modules (some will have more than one video in the module).
PLEASE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE FAVORITE ATTACHMENT WORD OR CONCEPT?? Which ones resonate most for you? Attachment is such a great community idea to talk about...what do you think about codependency from an attachment perspective?
    xo
