There was cat hair everywhere and crap. This was on New Years so by the time they got to the hotel which was like 4am they didn’t even care about the cats and then they just feel asleep with the cats. When my friends Mum woke up her entire body was covered in cat bites. I don’t think the hotel got a good rating after that..
