Yay for another planner setup video! I really am so happy to be able to share with you these setups. Thank you for watching! Let me know in the comments what planner you are using lately!
Don’t know about the planner yet but I wanted to say: I’ve been sorta binge watching your videos lately and wanted to thank you. The information you provide is useful and inspiring (I actually took notes!) and you yourself seem very kind and chill. I’m glad I subscribed :)
I'm still using my composition notebook for my planner. Trying out different ways to use it. This let's me change it around if I need and or want to. I'm a lil proud of myself for keeping up with it😊 Have a blessed week and take it easy, Lil Miss will be here soon😎
The girl with the sweater had a cute bow ring, but it gave off a completely different vibe to me too. The bow theme was amazing. I love seeing your planner! The pens are adorable! Many, many hugs on the final baby sprint! I spent the last two weeks of my pregnancy sleeping and unable to eat anything but fruit. It was so crazy!
I am delighted to find these videos. A writer, in love with planning, especially A5? Extremely relevant to my interests. Right now, I have two A5s as my main writing notebooks, one for contemporary with a partner, and one for historical on my own. My EDC for summer has been the Webster's Pages standard travelers notebook, in blush stripe, and the pocket size in blush.
We don't have a Websters Pages here in Northern California, and your "haul" from one of their recent sales made me envious, so I received my own haul from them the other day. I chose a composition notebook because those books are what I use to do my character development. It works perfect for on the go. Thanks!!
Love your set up! I’ve always been a ring bound girl. Started in A5/Half-letter in my own inserts the transitioned into Inkwell Press inserts. Then Personal Wide to Personal Rings. I then got and fell in love with the Hobonichi Techo, but found it hard to us a bound planner. I’m currently in an A6 Rings and it’s perfect!
I ditto the other comment below. I use my phone calendar for work, and some personal, but don’t know where to start from a planner perspective. I use a notebook for lists, to do’s,work meeting notes and actions. A how to start video and product links would be great!
Right now I am using a happy planner /Franken planner. I am not intrested in printing my own stickers so I wanna stick with the happy planner pages but I am thinking of cutting them down to fit an A5 to expand my decor options, add business related things, and make it easier to take months in and out. P.S. you don't need to apologize for sitting down. You have to take care of yourself.
I'm thinking about starting a planner, but I don't know how. Would love to see a video on how to start a planner or at least a tips video on how to start a planner and what a beginner planner would need.
That's such a great idea 😇🎀🌻. You can monitor your goals and plans and enjoy and be creative at the same time. I bought KiKki.k person planner last year and very happy about my choice 🌹
Sarra I LOVE this set up - the decorations but also your system - got HBQ2 but hubby printed out for me too big so didnt use it. Love to use one for Q4 - this is great!
You are a such a creative person.I think, you would get like 90% of Artistic type.....if you would take a Holland test. I absolutely love this kinda videos. Thank you. You are adorable 🌞❤👍🌹❤☺🌻🎀😇❤
Your planner is so pretty. I started in a ring binder then moved to a happy planner now I'm in a cheap planner from the dollar store. I'm having a really hard time finding planner peace
Always love your planner videos (well, all your videos) and this planner is so pretty. Oh, and I'm blaming you for my new planner obsession. Just sayin'. LOL So excited for you and you deserve to take some me time with the baby almost here and your class. Great video
I have watch several of your setups. I love them. I would like to know where you got the bow divider set from. I’m sure you probably told us but I missed it.
I’m curious about A5 binders because I loooove the idea of being able to customize my own planner. But I worry that the rings will get in the way of me being able to write on the pages comfortably. Do you find that you compromised comfort for flexibility with this set up at all (compared to a bound planner or anything else)
If the rings get in the way, it's usually only when I'm writing closer to the right side of the left pages, so I just pop the rings open and pull the page out to write on it. I don't mind that at all! But if you think that would bother you, it might get in your way some.
What are the dimensions of the weekly boxes? I want to move into my A5 but I have not seen weekly pages that I like as much as yours but I still want to use my kits.
So curious - how where you inspired to name your various series (I'm especially interested in your Fairhope series). Sorry if you have already addressed this - if so, please direct me to your answer ... Thanks as always for your inspiring work.
Fairhope was just a fictional town name I made up. I later discovered it's a coastal town in Alabama, which was cool! Peachville was the same, as my Shadow Demons Saga was originally the Peachville High Demons series. Eternal Sorrows comes from the bath character's last name of Sorrows and ties into her abilities.
OMGeeeee that scalloped bow laminated dashboard is a beautiful idea!!!! I am so scraplifting this...it's your fault lol. Wowsa that is epically beautiful and if that isn't a a word it is now hahahaha. BTW I ams still using my Carpe Diem Color Wash planner I won in a contest on IG. I need to order another and put half a year in each for 2019.
Hi! Is there any place that i can download that stack of washi tape art? I saw it& tried googling but no such luck! I love it, i wanna do the same thing you did and laminate it for a bookmark!
It was part of a Planner Press monthly digital dash box from a few years ago. I don't think she sells it individually, I'm sorry to say! But you could try messaging her on Instagram maybe and seeing if she has it?
Such a cute setup! How deep is the pocket on the back? I want to try a ring binder in the future, I normally just transform the planners that people get from work every January (my friends and family give me theirs cuz they know I'll use them!).
I couldn't find a ring binder I liked at Michaels today so I just ordered one online and I'm excited for it to arrive. Thanks for making all these great videos!

Thanks for sharing! I use an A5 as well and it's so hard to find others that use an A5 to get inspo from. I love your setup so pretty.
Thank you! I agree that it's hard to find others using the rings, but I really do love this system because it's so customizable!!

Erin Condren kits won't really with with my planner, I'm sorry to say! EC is 1.5", but mine are 1.25".
