I dont know, but I think Wooyoung was always one who had deep thoughts. He said that his had artist angst which could be a form of depression for like 5 years and he probably has other problems that he hasn't talked about too.
He had depression before which caused him painful both mentally and physically... In 2018 he talked about this in Star Radio and said he has been overcome. As you know, depression just comes in and out sometimes, luckily he has his teammates’ & Hottests’ support.
