Premiere balls are a bonus pike all when you buy 10 or more pokeballs so basically it's the same as a pokeballs

You get a premier ball in pokemon games for free when you buy 10+ poke-balls. It has the same catch rate as an ordinary pokeball its just a different color.
Premier balls are pokeballs. No bonus or increase in catch rate.

to make ultra balls you need an ultra ball disk to make that you need 2 yellow on the side

it is a different ball that they use in events it is completely red not completely white like a premier ball .

You need to have black in the middle and 2 yellow next to it
