What was your favorite part of this adventure? If you could eat only one TimBit flavor what would it be? Comment below!

So many choices, they do like a cinnamon flavored one! Def your landing and the whole Jet photo opportunity! You can only guess what the pilot was saying to the passenger's! Gotta ❤ Canucks Eh!!

Klondike Chris haha. Being from Idaho and flying in Idaho, love all the mountains. Mountain flying is such a special thing, when you are not being beaten up, and you are pretty lucky to get to fly in some of the most beautiful mountains on this planet. Great series!
Also, being from Idaho, we have no TimBits. but now you have me curious haha.

Cockpit chatter and the scenery, my good friend is a 737-400 Captain for Canadian North/First Air and often sends me a cockpit pics from few northern airports while on the ramp. Honey dipped with a MD double-double......😊

Sadly, I’ve never had a TimBit of any flavor. And it’s ironic because we had a Tim Hortons right here in Saint Cloud Minnesota for a while and I wasn’t even aware of it UNTIL THEY CLOSED!
Couldn’t make a go of it, I guess. But lots of things open and then close in this town. I’m tempted to move to AK. Smooth skys!

Bought a 172 last winter from a seller at Merrill Field. The ferry pilots brought it down through the same route. So cool to get to see where they were last February!

@@Darksun13 We spent 6 weeks and 4 days on the ride. Coming back from Fairbanks to just across the Montana border took 6 days. We could have done it in 4, but we spent a lot of time stopping and taking pictures and we went the longer way back. Outside of Tok, we headed north to go through Dawson City and then down to Whitehorse, to Ft. Nelson, Grand Paririe, Red Deer, Calgary and then back into Montana.
Going out, we hit Taos, NM, spent 10 days in Colorado, South Dakota badlands, worked up to Yellowstone, wandered around Montana and Idaho for several days and finally over to Bellingham were we caught the ferry from B'ham to Whittier, AK.

I wanted to let you guys know how much I’m enjoying your series. Many years ago I flew a Cessna 206 from PANC to KSGS, and our routes are/were pretty similar. You’ve stopped at a few places I stopped at as well. I fueled up (both my belly and my plane) in Teslin. Back then I had to use a courtesy phone at what little FBO there was to call a cab to bring me into town for some food. This guy showed up in a 1978 Chevy Malibu with a “taxi” sign on top of it. It was quite memorable, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that ‘78 Malibu is still in service today! Fly safe, gents!

Thanks for the flight info, going to fly it in MSFS. Greetings from The Netherlands, a retired pilot because of health issues.

Great leg! Too bad we can’t post pictures to the comments. I’ve got great summer photos of Whitehorse, Teslin Lake, Watson Lake and Ft Nelson. Reliving the trip with your videos.

@4:32 Just to clarify Chris, a flight plan with an ATC OR a flight itinerary filed with a responsible person is acceptable in Canada. Doesn't have to have to be a flight plan.

Chris, another great video. I think many of us have gone through the pain of accidentally filing IFR on our IPADS on ForeFlight. It’s a real pain to try and close or amend it yourself. At least it was for me. Looking forward to your next video.
