Valerie Bennett I notice that too, so, I just made using what I thought would work, I used 1 and 1/2 cup off boiling water, 1 and 1/2 of milk, 3 eggs and 1 table spoon of baking powder! Used my oven in 400 and kept my eyes on it... I would say, it took about 30 min! As it makes lots, I used 2 small casseroles and a median one, in one off the small ones I used a little bit off fennel seeds, it matches perfectly! I made for breakfast, so we ate with butter and cheese! I’m planning to try it with more sugar (to taste like a cake) and also another time add Parmesan cheese, I’m sure it’s gonna be great!

That cornmeal looks white, almost like flour.. What kind is it?

White cornmeal, made with white corn. Stone ground will give you a smoother texture, and plain (not stone ground) will give you a slightly heartier texture.

Please don't do a recipe that doesn't have a COMPLETE discription of the ingredients.

The recipe is subsumed in the transcript. All you have to do is write it down. E.g. one and a half cups of cornmeal, 1/2 tsp salt, etc.
