Hi master, after i finished assemble eta 2890-A2 i discover that the minute hand wheel is not connected when i wind to adjust time..may i know what happen?

Just need more clarification here. When you say minute hand wheel, does that mean cannon pinion or minute wheels?
However, here are the possibilities,
1. setting wheel (connected components are operating lever ,setting lever spring and may be sliding pinion.
2. minute wheel does not engage properly or some broken teeth
3. cannon pinion does not have enough friction.
