Finally! An apartment where I can really groove on the decoration! I've watched alot of apartment videos, the majoirty of them are apartments that are decorated in the minimalist style, which is cool, but it's not me. I am a clutterbug and a packrat so it does my heart good to see apartments with a lot of color and interesting decor.

I am 69 yrs old it this makes me so homesick for the little house i grew up in.only we had a little less stuff.our house was little.i have my kitchen as close to my childhood ine as i can. My brothers love sitting in my kitchen. Love live love old things.I know this video is old and nit sure you will see it but if you do.thank you, you made my day

Omg I love your apartment! This is what I call true vintage. It's like stepping back in time. Loved the background music too...reminds me of the 30's and 40's....my favorite time period for old classic movies. And thank you for adding in how you make your tea. I envy you!! One of my dreams is to one day move out and live in a snazzy 'time capsule' apartment like yours! I have quite an avid interest in all things vintage and I truly believe I grew up in the wrong era. However thankfully there are sweet wholesome vintage communities out there and people aren't afraid to either dress retro or decorate their homes retro or both!

Hi, I just came across your vlog. Your new apartment, AND you, are just charming! I'm 51 and totally a late 70's/early 80's kid but so many of your lovely vintages furniture pieces and decorations brought back such sweet memories from my grandparent's and great grandmother's houses. I even had the two ballerina prints, in your (spare?)bedroom, in my bedroom growing up, too. Thanks for this walk down memory lane...

love love love your vintage artwork. when my friends ask for decorating advice, im always recommending artwork & large pieces. it can warm up a room & adds so much interest. if you buy at flea mkts etc..you can buy frequently & then change them up.

Let me tell you just how well you've managed to capture the feeling of an old home, some parts of your apartment look identical to my grandmother's house. My grandma used to be an oil painter so she has all her paintings hung on the wall, which I immediately remembered when I saw the paintings above your bed, weirdly enough they also look so much alike her paintings too!!! You did a great job on the kitchen, the tiles, fridge and table and small white corner remind me so much of my grandparents' house...damn. You made me a little emotional.

I like my tea strong so I just make it in the coffee pot lol. I throw the tea bags in where you usually put coffee, let the coffee maker do it's thing and then when it's done I throw the tea bags into the pot to steap even more.

Oh my gosh! My grandma had those same bowls (the one your eating cereal out of) from the 70s! My mom has them now but I absolutely adore them! So cute!

Wow I feel like I went back in time! We had that peacock chair, the same cane-backed table and chair set that you have in your living area, the wicker plant stand, and the coffee mug tree on your kitchen counter! Your apartment is so unique.
Just a suggestion, wait until your tea cools completely before adding ice cubes,especially flavored ice cubes...seems to defeat the purpose? Love your kitchey apartment ♡

LOVE your apartment. I really got excited when I saw stuff that I have, such as my Mom's pyrex bowls (she got them in the 40s or 50s). I actually use those glass refrigerator bowls (great for Jello and leftovers) and your home just looks like a place where I'd feel at home. I do tons of shopping at thrift stores because it's cheaper and I like the old stuff. New subscriber here. Looking forward to seeing more videos.
