Actually, I think it made more sense for wave attack. In game, dread pirate catley already got wave immune, so it’d be weird to have yet another anti wave unit. As for real life, whales do actually make massive waves. The tails they have can make waves large enough to even rock ships, if I remember correctly.
To be honest I kinda wish lil island had only one knockback cause when you're going up against fallen bears and aku pengs he's probably gonna die before he gets any good damage in ,even with the strong versus aku .
If I really want a 4 stars usable go for a high roll aoe crit for metal stages unit that’s also decent as a generalist I’d just use cameraman personally.
I have him max talented. I was excited seeing him get anti aku since he’s got decent stats and that wave talent had me excited. But don’t do it. Aku enemies literally rip him to pieces. Mine is lvl 50+40 with all talents and he still feels useless. Aku enemies either do WAY too much damage for him, or outrange him enough to knock him back before he can attack. Surge also bullies him. Just use cat cactus instead. I wish he was better :(
@@mydogghost Um, no because I cleared Aku realms already. I never got to use lil island talents during aku realms since I beat it the first few months it came out. All my experience using him has been without level restrictions.
I largely agree with the video, HOWEVER, i might add that Lil talented island actually has alot of use since dual island strats are pretty relevent, so to my mind it feels obvious that Lil Island with talents just makes dual Island strats way better ! And moreover, you can access a high level lil Island way easier than a level 20+100 normal island cat for player at all point in the game, so I think lil whale is actually kinda better and more usefull than base whale. Although, maybe in the future, regular Island will maybe be better with level 20+110 or more... I think the only real barrier is the true form stage though, I don't know actually how much advanced in the game you must be to clear it, since personally I just have very high levels units and collab units
Hm, idk. Since Dark Lazer exists, I always revert to her when I need another strong anti-Red assault. Even her Wave looks more consistent because she has stackability. But I guess Li'l Island is more preferable when you don't have much NP to spend. But I still think that Dark Lazer is overall better long-term investment

It's the stats different between Li'l Island effective stats against other whale For example: - At Lv20, Li'l Island is 15% weaker than Crazed Whale and 30% weaker than Manic Island - At Lv30, Li'l Island is 1% stronger than Crazed Whale but 17% weaker than Manic Island ...etc

On normal stars, you will stick with Waitress+Octopus combo. But on Star 4 where everything is unreliable against Metal Kory, you might consider on using Li'l Island. Probably as desperate measurement
