The characters on this desert planets have blue eyes from the production of spice. Spice turns the eyes blue. Diana's metalic dress is the style of clothing worn by the native inhabitants of Arakus. She also sung the 007 James Bond song by Billie I. No Time To Die with the same symphony orchestra and choir.

The movie is about the story of a man who was chosen by god to lead the revolution of the people of planet Arrakis against their oppressors and their fight to take back and free their planet. Diana's dress is fashioned like what the characters wear in the movie which takes place on a desert planet, she looks like a priestess of the people of the planet Arrakis, the song it self is a call to arms, to a holy war. Her moving her head away from the microphone is for the simple reason that her voice is to powerful for the device and if she does not do that then there is going to be a feedback loop.
It's a shame he didn't get to see the lost footage of the Arakus Mothership when it came down and picked her up after the show. NASA picked it up and proceeded to lose it when they sent it to the same warehouse the telemetry data from the Moon landing was stored.
