@@INSANE-TVz you don't get it, i mean the other mm, can't be picked because of him, he is priority especially he have dash and cd reduction at passive, not to mention his 2nd skill, claude, betrix clintt and kimmy and other mm with dash, their dash cd is 10s plus which makes them to be cautious when casting their dash, and also flicker. So don't be so overreacting, hanabi and layla have 9-10 physical attack growth. even they don't have dash.

Julian main here. And ngl, i didnt even notice that they nerfed sky piercer.
I noticed it during the match and wasn't even aware I was on gusion and got triple kill and was about to get maniac against martis and since martis was really low I was spamming basic attack but sky piercer didn't triggered at all and I died I was so sure that his hp was low enough but after checking I noticed that Sky piercer has been nerfed so rip my maniac.
7:28 I'm sorry but no matter what kinda adjustments you give to the sky piercer item, it's still going to be abused. What the item needs is a cooldown timer everytime it's activated.
The item just received a double nerf in a single patch. What you're proposing is just utterly dumb. How about just asking Moonton to erase it entirely, how about that?

Moscov nerve was very much needed. Not that I can't counter him but factors such as high ping, bad teamates can give him a huge head start and by middle to late game he literally becomes immortal.

Moonton needs to change xaviers skill to into a longer stun and increase the damage in early and mid game, like he does no damage unless you do the 2 1 3 combo.

I still think sky pierce is great with helcurt. I play roam helcurt with petrify and try to delete enemy mm with my gold laner. We can either kill him or make him retreat to heal, in both sceneries, our gold laner is more fed up than the opposing gold laner. So I still think helcurt is powerful.
It's not the % that's the problem, it's the fact that Sky Piercer inherently reduces your HP. They need to put stack accumulation to like 100+ so that only godlike players can actually make the most of it.

leomord is squishy and skills cd is very long. specially the ultimate. before the cd ultimate is much faster cd.

Instead of nerfing Moskov so many times, one simple adjustment could balance him. Make his passive CDR 0,5 but in return faster basic attack delay.
Result:
-Less skill spam
-more satisfying
the 0.5s cd reduction was buffed few patches ago after his revamp from 0.5 to 0.8s they actually nerf that cd reduction to 0.5s from 0.8s, they just reverted it

the best way to nerf skypiercing in my opinion would be to remove the fact that every 10 stack we gain 0.1% on the passive and instead put an adaptive attack gain of 4 or 5 every 10 stack while leaving the passive a 6% or put it at 5% and there we would have a balanced sky pierce
