Yi Sun-Shin's 2nd skill has same CD at all levels despite of increasing DMG, that's why I upgrade his 1st skill because of both lower CD and increased DMG at late game at the same time.
I think it’s just preference I personally level 2 sense I’m able to burst early
if u use yss passive, it lowers the cooldown of the first skill. Leveling the second skill is better for burst in fighting.
@@ericpoo5618 ...unless if I combine both passive and upgrade to his 1st skill to lower more its CD, making him more mobile in chasing enemies.
