- Ever wondered what to do when your Guru or Master leaves the world? Should we search for another Guru? Or remain loyal? If I want to remain loyal, 'what' do I remain loyal to?
These questions are answered through a beautiful personal experience that happened in 2009. The way Swami subtly rewarded my loyalty to Him as a Guru, brought tears of gratitude and joy in my eyes.
The Satsangh also makes it clear that it is foolish to consider the form of the Avatar alone as the Avatar! The Avatar is the form and much more as revealed in the Himalayas...

I only became a devotee in 2017. I didnt have experience of his physical form. I have only seen him move mountains for me in his cosmic form. His true form. Even now my mother is in the hospital in ICU with heart attack and Swami is moving mountains to make the impossible happen to help her get through this.
The physical is just the illusion. When you even ask a question and you get the answer in the breeze blowing, thats when you know Swami is there.
Brother Aravind, when you let go of the illusion of Physical Swami and see him everywhere then Shirdi, Sathya, Prema... the forms begin looking like an animated idol. Come to give a message and then leave. The real animator is all around.
How much Swami loves me. From a former atheist who insulted the concept of God to seeing cosmic Swami. Words will never communicate what my tears do. Om Sai Ram.

The day Swami 'left',
felt as if the whole universe would collapse,
expecting my own heart would stop too...
I can recall vividly.
But it didn't and even
the world kept turning...
Why,Swami,why!?
Soon after and to comfort myserlf,
I just imagined that He probably had
'other urgent matters' going on...🙃
It took me some more time to realise that
as everything Swami does,is love,
love must have been the only reason...,
To me,this day is not a day of rememberence,
because Swami never ever left!!!
On the contrary,He is very much alive and vibrant!
Swami's love is neverending,
and for that I think He even gave His silence a voice...

In my personal opinion Bhagwan Sathya Sai AvathAr is more special than that of Rama and Krishna. When God comes in human form, there is no Aradhana day for Him. No Aradhana for Rama and Krishna. Why Aradhana for Sai? *HE IS STILL ALIVE*

One can never get a clearer or simpler way of Swami's msg and assurance than the incidents related by you which took place right in front of all the devotees present there. The incident at Kedarnath also reassures one that Swami is always beside us waiting ready to shower His Blessings in bountiful on us. Only we should know the right path and action to receive it 🙏. The explanation about the significance of digging a well deeper ( our bhakthi & concentration) in one place to find water ( Swami's grace) and not in ten different places was so beautifully conveyed. even when we could ever imagine about the literal or inner meaning of word Guru… imagine how much we loved Hm …I used to sit in front of Swamis photo for long time… attracted … by his presence….since studying in KG class 🙂 onwards think
But surprisingly We never got mesmerised with an actors picture or may be 5 minutes… get bored…. Such a good fortune we have we have such a bond with swami as He is the Avathar and Guru wow💓while watching I just observed do I have Anandasrhru…as swami (you again) mentioned in Sathya to Sai.., not Hot tears☺️thank u💓

My experience is different.
I didnt consider Baba a Guru as I perceived Him as an Avatar/God.
Grew up as a kid praying to Baba but in a simple manner...honestly at times lazy to pray.
Had lots of dreams of Baba and guidance but I was not regular in prayer and almost never adhered to reciting mantras but I read up a lot on religion..all works of Baba, Vedanta, Gita and did a lot of studying in Sanskrit etc..was more into acquiring knowledge..I even taught Sanskrit for a few years besides my main profession....but neglected Bhakti.
But when in 2018, I had a dream where Baba told me " there is only one more thing left in your horoscope, if you could do this everything will be yours".
It was strange cos I am not into astrology.
Then the biggest shift came into my life when I had a dream of a Prophet from a different religion and a friend who was also a Sai Devotee guided me to a place where there was a tomb of a Sufi Saint.
Then from then on, my spiritual life took a different turn and the Sufi Saint became my Guru.
Some part of me at times did ask myself " Am I being unfaithful to Baba" by taking a Guru from a different religion and following a different religion?
Then I remembered what Baba told me in the dream about " if you could do this one thing everything will be yours"
I understood that..Baba wanted me to come out of my comfort zone, He wanted me to experience another religion..it could be some Karmic reasons for all I know.
And surprisingly from all the guidance I got from the Sufi Guru it only led me to understand that Guru is a universal phenomenon..we might see them as different individuals but the message was the same.
Some part of me was always into jnaana aspect and the bhakti aspect was missing.
Through the Sufi Saints guidance I learnt Bhakti as the tariqah( marga) comes with mandatory 5x a day prayer...I guess Baba wanted me to adhere to discipline of regular prayer 5x a day because in this marga its compulsory to pray....I realized from Baba I gained Jnaana and from my Sufi Guru I learnt Bhakti.
Both Jnaana and Bhakti made me put it both in action(Karma Yoga)

Aravind, you had mentioned in a previous video that you and Prem were working on a series of Swami's trip o Africa for Sai Media Centre. Did that ever come to fruition? I enjoy very much your videos and especially like all the serials that have been produced. They are informative but more importantly also always invoke a beautiful peaceful feeling. Any update on the African series would be great - Thank you always :)
