This video makes me so happy... to see youth today so excited to make contact with the ISS and to hear how well the astronaut answers all of the questions... makes me proud to be an American!
@@finthegeek Well, Unfortunately contacting ISS is different from a skype call. There is only so much time to talk to them because of the fast speed (ISS will go out of range). If they miss a question or two, They might just have to skip em.
I don't have the exact pass prediction on hand but I have a rough one and it roughly came from the SSW (200 deg), then SE (130 deg) at max elevation over the Atlantic ocean, and went away at ENE (60 deg).
LOL! Just how do the sad low information People that believe we have nothing in orbit around the planet, never went to the moon and that they "know" beyond a shadow of a doubt that the earth is flat deal with this video? Or even reality, just how do they even dress themselves in the morning?
I can't believe this hasnt gone viral. It was awesome!

The Azimuth track appears to be going backwards? Normally it would go up. This one is going down.

What antenna did you use ? Make and model
M2 2M7. 7 elements linearly polarized with 12.3 dBi gain. We used an Alaskan Arrow on the backup station which is 4 elements.
