@@momokie Yeah he's getting to be a bit much because these just become week after week the Chiefs and Mahomes segments with them inevitably atop the ranking. Herd's Hierarchy is wayyy better because Cowherd's biases are all over the place it's unpredictable. This and Mahomes mountain is becoming unbearable which is a shame because they're such good ideas.
Also if Nick think Dak has outplayed Hurts, I guess that mean Purdy has outplayed Mahomes? Same logic used

Below the Cowboys, and tied with the Jags. Because they just demolish teams instead of get down by 4 touchdowns first. So they arent really that good or something.
You need to pay attention to the names and explanations too. It makes perfect sense. They’re all teams that, if things go their way, could end up in the Super Bowls. For what it’s worth, he has the Niners to the left of the Jags, and if Brou is right, it reads left to right within each category.
Any team is capable of being smoked and coming back and redeeming themselves. Jags and Texans? It’s the NFL buddy

Eagles beat the Chiefs in Kansas City 9 days ago and has a better record but KC is #1 above them? The Chiefs could lose in the playoffs and on the following week's tiers Nick would still put them on the top line next to the team that beat them.

Nick says the 49ers need to never be trailing to get to the Super Bowl. However, the Cowboys are 7 - 0 in games they never trailed and 1 - 3 in games they trailed in at any point.

You can say Cowboys beat weak teams all day long but Eagles were struggling to get a win against weaker teams. Just because 49ers beat Cowboys and it doesn't mean 49ers are a better team. Team will have match up problem against other teams and Cowboys has this problem against 49ers for some strange reason.

Nick wasn't impressed with the Eagles? He said on his podcast that the Eagles would be thrilled to go 4-4 on the eight game stretch following the loss to the Jets. They've started 5-0. They could go 8-0 and Nick still wouldn't put them alone at the top.

The Bills may just be the biggest sleeper in this whole scenario moving forward. All of the Bills losses have been by only one score. Most of the games that they lost they should have won (they really just beat themselves this whole year). If they can come correct down the stretch they can beat any team in the NFL. I’m keeping an eye on the Bills…
The Bills have been finding ways to lose for decades. In this iteration of the Bills, the 13 seconds game against the Chiefs is the summation of an entire era under McDermott. That team, like their QB, can look like the best in the league at times, but they are way too volatile to trust. They're cooked this season. You can't just explain away them beating themselves and giving away several games this year and just think that will magically fix itself.

Just like with Mahomes Mountain, the criteria, goalposts, and judgedment varies based on if Nick likes you or not. What I used to love about Nick was the focus on unbiased data and takes - sadly that Nick doesn’t exist anymore.
