This, I agree flat stats aren't always necessarily bad; it all depends on the roll. From a rule of thumb, I would keep flat stats only if it has the same % in its sub-stats, and if it rolls S3, it will most likely have slightly higher or an off chance that it won't be too far from %-based runes, and they would always go to my Nat4 units for siege. Some of my Nat5 supports have purple flat stats with S4 sub-stats, and they provide much higher stats than with the %-based runes.
I've got a few that are insanely hard to upgrade to percent even on a 5 cause it rolled to good. But if you start keeping that stuff you burden a lot of time on your self to keep most likely trash
Not really. I still get to easily filter the really useless ones. I tend to keep purple flat with all the necessary stats for the units I had in mind to be present; otherwise, I discard it.@@YourLastWish
Love the content. Have you thought of doing a crystal usage guide? What to do as a F2P player with all your crystals. Summons? Backpack spaces? Energy? Save in early game for buying account level up stuff?

@YhK-qu1pq well keeping 5s if they arnt all s they arnt typically worth keeping, and u can't filter by grade sadly

I had a doubt, he kept the runes with resistance and accuracy in the substats, are these runes good or did he just forget to combine them?
I keep those personally, I think most people get rid of anything with resistance
