As a Kings fan, we have the tendency to really fear and even anticipate the worst, just because of our history. Mike Brown and this roster (while not perfect) are exactly who I thought they would be and these last few games prove that, including the Memphis game. We only lose that one because our 3 ball bricked sooo hard you could have built a chimney behind each hoop. Our offensive rating with maybe the worst shooting numbers in 3 years...hell even further back, is STILL top 6-8??? A couple of pods including this one have talked about how much more improved the D is, circling top ten. You hit 2-4 more 3's in each crappy shooting game and we are a top 3 seed and fans are going nutz screaming WCF, WCF!! That is why I have faith in these guys. This team has the potential to explode offensively. Keep the faith Kings fan, I truly believe this season will be a good one. 💜💜💜
I think he fell into a trance - some words actually feel good to say over and over - almost like he accidentally self hypnotized himself and it felt good to keep saying it
Doug McBucket’s moment was one of the highlights of this season for me, so far. Living so close to Indy and seeing him play for the Pacers, I knew he had it in him and the Sacramento fans reaction was wonderful.
I love you both! And Duece is fire..going off….chair dancing and beam lighting…bye bye sad mad Duece. Let’s keep the Kings win wave going breaking the hearts and beaks of the Pelicans Thursday!
I was originally against having Monk in the starting lineup, because I felt that having Keon would keep the Kings in the first quarter from falling behind and playing uphill the rest of the game and that is still very important, but I was wrong, with Malik's energy, shooting and play making, he has brought movement back and they are playing the way they should play! Bringing Heurter and Keon off the bench is the right play. It takes the pressure off Kevin and he can be free! Keon will be valuable no matter if he starts or comes of the bench! This is the right equation, Mike, roll with it!
I have screenshots of me commenting after the wolves cup game saying we shouldn’t keep shooting off DHO because it’s a bad shot when you are struggling from 3. I want a award
It is not like they will not have another bad shooting game, they will, but we all hope that that are fewer of them. I am confident that If they do have those games, they will still score in the paint enough to keep them in games. The key is improving 3-point defense, with that instead of losing close games, they will win some!
@@tdeckler4817 I'm gonna say it was never broken in the first place they can shoot period it was the unassured questionable shot selection and confidence that needed to be addressed that part was the problem they needed to adjust their approach to how and when they were shooting that's not a fundamental issue it's a mental one and I think they learned the hard way as to how they need to approach games the rest of the way now it's all about experience on court sweat equity
@@DeuceandMo i love them too! Personally I think that 3's take the longest to average out amongst just about any stat with that being said we might be on to something
what it all boils down to for the kings is this it's not rocket science they have to play for one another and they will have a chance to win every night all the games they played this year have been close wins and loses so you can say I think they have turned the corner as far as what they have learned about each other and the comfort levels for each other the offense is looking like it's on the way to a good place and the defensive side is doing the same the mentality of the team is focused and positive so I'm just liking what I've seen in the last two games I need more let's go kings
When the Kings were losing in that stretch, people overlooked the fact that they we still scoring even while being horrendous from 3, They lost some close games because they struggled to get stops in crunch time, but they were still in the top 10 on offense! I was thinking, if they start hitting 3's they will blow a lot of teams out!
If they move the ball and defend like they did tonight, if they play elite teams, they will not win by 40, but they will win their share of games even against the top teams!
The passing has become more contagious with Monk in the lineup. He's also well-respected and beloved in the locker room which makes the other players want to mirror his play style.
KINGS GOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS THEY HAVE POTENTIALLY 2-3 GUYS ON REAL BARAGIN DEALS WITH MONK ELLIS AND JONES WHICH U NEED TO …… LETS JUST SAY WIN A CHIP
Possession after possession after possession after possession after possession
After three after three after three after three
I was wondering why you guys were saying this😂😂😂😂
@@Youreacasual-q5phahahhaha
At a certain point, I was wondering, 'what kind of possession?' (Demonic?)
I can't believe no one immediately asked: "What about the next possession though?"
Easily the most chaotic pod of the season 😂 Keep it up
The only podcast i willingly listen to ads after posession after possession after possession after possession

No.
@ thanks
Yes the flow is a lot better with Monk starting and a lot less turnovers from Sabonis

With all that, they still need to play Keon more minutes of the bench!
Kings shooting 41.14% from three over the last 5 games 72/175 is the shooting issue fixed?
Wouldnt say fixed but i love the look they are getting

The upswing in making 3's has to do with flow, by moving the ball they are in more of a rhythm.
No doubt. Making the extra pass, quick decisions, sprays & open looks. Of the 22 made tonight, 16 were catch & shoot. Amazing numbers

Better, they are playing the right way and need to reiterate that to the team every night!
