Do a quick walk with the camera and the delve into the details. the person above is right, you need more movements/edits, not just turn camera on and speak. it feels dry and a little boring. would love to see more content from you.

Lovely homes and interesting SoFl location. I think your video style is fine but the more popular style is to follow you, the presenter, through each room of the house. You might to try that style and see if the results change.
Your videos need proper SEO and organic video promotion. If video SEO is not done properly, your video will never get top ranking on TH-cam. As a result, no matter how hard you make videos, no results will come and your video views and subscribers will not increase.
