I really could relate to the food analogy because my friend and I scrapbook exactly how our plates look at the retreat dinner table. A plate with separate piles and a smorgasbord 😂,

Love your channel and how you dressed up a very basic layout! However, the vertical photo in the upper left corner has the 2 people looking off the page (pet peeve of mine). A simple fix is to either switch the pages (make left the right page, right to left) or swap the 4x6 photos on the pages. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this page set and video it. lt
Thank you so much for your input and the insight. Evidently the photo didn’t bother me! However, I totally see what you’re saying! When I don’t like the orientation of a photo, I actually do a switch on an app called print to Size. It allows you to flip the orientation and flip the people in the photo vertically or horizontally. I’ve used that a lot when I don’t like the direction it’s facing or if the embellishments are on the wrong side of the way they’re looking. I didn’t think to do it with this one because she’s preparing to throw the ball, but I can see how it may have made a difference! Again, thanks for your insight!

Kelly how do you gain customers when you first start?
In close to my heart? Honestly, mostly by sharing most of the time people are just looking for inspiration and ideas and they love having lots of artwork to see and by offering ideas and samples and lots of things to look at and then also directing them to what you have available to support your artwork is really what most people need as well as education on how to use things. Mostly sharing what I love and I used it and different things you can do with it. I hope that helps.
Did you have to go out and do demo parties?
@@jdskinner9 my business is 100% online❤️ but each maker does things differently and there are lots of ways to be a successful maker
