Say, it brother!!! Malcom X spoke the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. He and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. are greatly missed today. Fortunately, videos, recordings, books, and other artifacts captured the words each man used to inspire a race of people to live to their fullest potential in a racially torn America. Thank you for posting.

Not to diminish the legacy of who Dr. King was, or who he also represented during his time, but Malcolm X is the real deal Holyfield in comparison. I'm personally of the opinion, that he was by far the most significant orator or the greatest public figure, of the entire 20th Century...
While on the other hand, Dr. Martin Luther King was in my ownt opinion a political puppet, of particular expediency, who also served his purpose during that time.
Nevertheless, Dr. Martin Luther King is no Malcolm X, and by any stretch of the imagination; and it's not even close, in my own personal opinion.

His birthday was two days ago, and it wasn't forgotten this year... The consensus is that, which I also personally agree with, in that from hereon out, the 19th of May will be celebrated as a Holiday.
Therefore, from hereon out, the 19th of May is to be also recognized, as Malcolm X day -- into perpetuity.

Malcon X was great at that time but became even greater when he left the NOI. That was when he became a clear and present danger to the establishment. had he continued to live, he would have hada tremendous impact on the black community in the US, among blacks across the world and on world politics. He evolved quickly through the times and I wonder what a person like him would have been like if he was younger and lived today.

Malcolm embraces the objectivity of truth and drives it through to its it logical and spiritual conclusion. His intellect is pure, because he strives to keep it so. His words will continue to be an enlightenment for those who wish to pursue truth and integrity. God bless his testimony to these times of the black experience in the US . He is to be chronicled as a point of capitulation along the spectrum ( over 400 years)of african slavery snd injustice

Baba Malcolm X is my hero.
He's the greatest ever Pan African leader in our history since Baba Marcus Mosiah Garvey and Baba Kwame Nkrumah.
I totally agree with our brothers and sisters Baba Malcolm X should be taught in our schools and colleges.
My favourite books on Baba Malcolm, Baba John Henrik Clarke: Africans at the Crossroads:- Notes for an African World Revolution, Baba Oba T'Shaka, The Political Legacy of Malcolm X, Baba Ben Karim, Remembering Malcolm X etc.

Baba Malcolm X was 100% for self dependence.
I totally agree with him that Africans should be self dependent, such as owning our own schools, restaurants, grocers, community centres, etc.
Non Africans, including Europeans, owned their own businesses, but when Africans we do it, then we are called anti-social.
I rather be self dependent than a slave.

Malcolm X was such an impressive orator with such expressive language and analogies that are thought provoking that rings true in today's society. My only drawback with some of his lectures is racial slurs his points were well made without them. It's sad that one of the only ways to reach the African American community is through religion as oppose to stating facts that can be researched and proven. One day we'll realize that we all must coexist and we'll never truly be removed or disconnected from any group regardless of age, sex, color, or creed. We are interconnected. #ByAnyMeansNecessary
