People who are against her statement are illiterate i guess.. Why cant they do some good for people who really need it. Instead of spending money to temple which will not be used for poor people or development of society.
Don't try to be cool by saying people as illiterate by defending a woman who can have any agenda for political or commercial reasons. Spending money on Temple and protecting our culture to pass it on to next generation is part of our dharma. We don't spend all our money. Yes we do a lot of charity in Hinduism if you really didn't know. If she can yap about this for Hindu temple why not for mosque or church? She is a Muslim herself. I will assume you really don't know. She once made a statement in her movie that we are spending money in temples which we can use for building school toilets? Second on a public stage she said Raja Raja cholan has build beautiful temple in tanjore but govt hospital in tanjore are old and week . We must spend money on toilets and hospital instead of temple was her statement. Will she say the same for mosque and church. Will she personally give money to build school toilets or renovate hospital.
