Just puts all commands inside of one folder instead.
Discord are having to stop bots using youtube links for music now, but if I create my own discord bot and have it in my own private server with friends, do you know if that is fine or could I still get in trouble for doing that?
hello, i followed the tutorial, the bot ALMOST works. it joins the vc, sends a message containing the name, url, streamURL, etc... but doesn't play anything. can you help me? i have all the intents enabled.
@@DashCruft it gave me error, I think related to visual studio 2015 build tools, which I couldn't install in my host server that runs on Linux. I eventually build it using the official api and slash commands. I'm still unable to deploy it but I can run it locally I'm not sure if the sodium thing is fixable, but if you know I would be really grateful, maybe some other people have that problem too
That's because sodium relies on C++ If you're getting that error on Linux, then install gcc by using your package manager. If you're getting that error on windows, then that's a diff story.

When installing sodium using "npm i sodium" or even swapping the i out to install it said "npm ERR! code 1" how would I fix this?

client.on("message" or "messageCreate") doesnt work, also using slash commands so that might be problem still dont know tho
messageCreate is completely unrelated to slash commands. For slash command handling, you'll need to use the interactionCreate event.
