Honestly, I don’t hate Louis because he took a DNA test and it proved that he wasn’t the father, so he really didn’t need to be in the child’s life. Plus, the girl should have been honest and told him there were other possibilities before making sign the birth certificate and giving him his last name.

Girl, you knew that baby wasn't his when he was 1 year old!!!! Why would u continue to tell your child that he is the father and just simply doesn't want to take care him?!? Why???? That's horrible. Thank God for StepDad. God love his heart and thank you for being there for the little man. He sure needs u!!!! Golly!!! This one really peed me off. She didn't hurt anyone but herself and HER CHILD.... I totally realize that she was a kid but at 14 and 15 years old, u do know where babies come from and u do know that lying is bad especially involving life altering events. They can’t do that without the guys acknowledgment of being a the dad. I can’t go pick a random dude off the street and get him for child support. They WILL do a dna test if the guy says it’s not his. My ex lived in another state after we had a baby together. They made us do a dna test. I don’t even think he was denying her at the time either. He was the only guy I had ever been with until I turned 27
Yeah they make you do a DNA test. They can't make some random guy pay child support. They'd be getting sued out the ass left and right.

All you need is a mother in need of Public Assistance. Which ever name she puts as the presumed father is the one they use for the dna hearing. If the presumed individual does not appear to court he will receive the child support docket number without the dna test being performed. It happens in almost 36% of the Public Assistance cases of single mothers. In addition, if the father was locked up or outside country he only has 2 years to contest the defaulted parental acknowledgement. I think Michigan, Wisconsin are the only state that will not dismiss a dna test after two years. The rest, even though your are not the father. You will keep that child support for 18 years as it is viewed for the "best interest of the child"
she could still go after him for child support too even though it is proved he's not the father bc he signed the birth certificate. the courts look at that as "oh, he signed so he's acknowledging he's responsible for this child", which is crazy asl! men need to get paternities if they have doubt before ever putting their name to a child.

Either that she knew that it wasn’t his and knew he wouldn’t be there for the child or she just didn’t feel ready to have a child.

I think it’s messed up she gave the baby up for adoption. He couldve been the father and he could’ve raised his child. She took away his chance of confirming if he had a child or not.

It's sad that the baby was adopted before he could find out if that was his child. And if the child is his, he was basically ripped away from his child without any say. But hopefully the baby is in a nice and loving home with a family. On a lighter side, her eyebrows in the video were crazy lol. She should've been honest. If not to Louis, since she was young, but to Kenneth (I think that's his name) and just have told him, hey I really think Louis is the father but I'm not exactly sure because I was young and made stupid decisions. Either way, I hope her son grows up with a loving father figure who will be there for him and I hope he knows that no matter what, he is loved. Also I have mad respect for those 2 men. They didn't try to hit each other or anything even though they both were angry at different times of the show, but they never acted violent with rage. A lot more people need to act like them instead of just swinging on each other when you're raising a kid.
I give kudos to BOTH of these guys. The one guy genuinely wanted to be the father and even the he isn't, he still cares about the little boy knowing who how father is. And the boyfriend, he seems to genuinely care about this little boy too. As unfortunately as the situation is, these are some of my favorite episodes. Real men. Wanting to be there.

I feel bad for both men who know that neither of them are the father. They were taking care of the mother's son, only to find out neither of the men are the father. Let's say I'm not the father of one of my ex-girlfriends children, I would be furious. I would also tell my ex-girlfriend to find the actual father of that child. I'm not taking care of a child that's not mine.

How to avoid this situation? It's so simple ladies and gentlemen, BIRTH CONTROL! If you are BOTH using it and STOP relying on the other party to handle what should be YOUR responsibility, then nobody becomes a surprise parent. If YOU don't want kids, YOU are responsible for YOUR OWN birth control. That means. MEN Handle their business, and WOMEN handle their business. Stop acting like it falls on one or the other. It is each individuals responsibility.
Unfortunately birth control is not 100% and has led to many surprise pregnancies. The only real way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence or celibacy

@@WizardOfWor I hope so. I know at least in Florida there was a married couple she cheated years later they divorce even if DNA proved he wasn’t the father he still had to pay if the baby was born during the marriage so I assumed if you sign you’re screwed. Hope he can get out of this.
