Another way you can do it is after you import to the frame download that image and upload the image again within the frame and then add your other picture without the background so you don’t have to keep bringing down the transparency…

Don’t understand your question. All the steps are in the video
Yes, you can duplicate after you re-size. It's much easier to match up that way.
When I hover it over the frame it doesn’t fill the frame it fills in the background and leaves the frame the same. What am I doing wrong?
You have to hold down the control key or the command key depending on what computer you are on
