What do you mean by 4 inch naali... For cove mistri has left around 1 foot for cove distance between channel and wall .. he says its a bigger room 14x16 foot.. so ek se dedh foot ka sahi rahega. 4 inch kahi bhi nahi rakhte
It's wrong.... you will not get look in 1' .....we you make 1' or 18" it will look like border. If you want light effect on walls in that case we provide 4"to 5" distance from wall to get the cove effect on walls

Suppoe total watt required = x
Then
Panel +COB + Cove = x or, each of them are to be x and total will be 3x?

For same effect you can use fluted mdf or make that pattern in hdhmr board. But charcoal louvers and pvc louvers are not successful
