Great response to the Heath Ledger question. The scars were not originated by Heath's version (most popular of course). Jack Nicholsons smile was technically scars as he was wounded in the cheeks at Axis Chemicals prior to falling into the chemicals. The scars are a JoKeR troupe period.
He was great and so was the casting. He looks just like the classic Joker, and after he gives himself the Glasgow smile he modulates his laughter from Arthur's laugh, to a deranged cackle, and finishes with Mark Hamill's Joker-laugh.
Just wanna put this here. Batman issue #1, the second story featuring The Joker has him stabbed in the chest at the end and presumed dead. It isn't til Jokers 3rd appearance that we see him still alive in the ambulance with the paramedic saying "He's going to live." Make of that what you will.
I couldn´t wholeheartedly agree anymore with your statement. Hope Connor gets super famous, super rich, super acting jobs and everything he wants. He killed it.
I hope no one will attack Connor for his role. It's just a movie, I didn't liked the ending either but he did such a good job portraying the psychopath who killed Arthur.
Jack Napier is the real name that a lot of people associate with the Joker, but it was his real name in both the 1989 film and the animated series. Some are like The Dark Knight where his real name is never given or known, or it the Valeska twins in Gotham or Arthur Fleck. Jack White is more modern though.
He gives me vibes of Michael Pitt and Bradley Corbet in the Funny Games Remake Man, the name confirms that he is the Joker who will fight against the future Batman Todd Philips created an ambitious universe that sadly will not be repeated for many years And for me Folie a Deux was the best and most ambitious of 2024 My best wishes to Connor and the truth is I would pay to see him as a new Joker and I'm sure He would wear the iconic purple suit.
If this Guy is Jack Naiper all I needed from this story was to give Connor a chance to grow his character before that final sequence but he definitely delivered in his performance and the story was heartbreaking but it also had some astonishing moments.
Well it wasn't his real name in the Arkham games, it's just an alias he uses to fund Dr Young's research of his titan formula and I don't think it was 'Ozwald', it was just Jack white, which is an alias he has used before in the comics.
@o-shawnspecific80 I see what you're saying but they're technically different things with no connection, they just share a lot of the writers and voice actors. I doubt Joker's real name is even Jack Napier in the Animated series because that's been contradicted before
What wasn´t a delusional fantasy in Arthur´s head? How could Hartley get inside Fleck´s isolation cell and have sex with him as soon as he woke up? Hahahahaha... You´ve never been in a mental institution.

He acted so good that I would be scared to be near him IRL
Great interview. Connor Storrie was haunting in Joker: Folie à Deux. Incredible acting from all involved in this film.

Great interview!
I want my Joker 3!
Because of he very low box office, it's very unlikely. Even if there was going to be third one, it won't be directed by Todd Phillips.
🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Jack Oswald White is the name. Makes sense. I wish they showed more of you.
I would love to see a movie with Connor’s joker showing the formation of the real joker
Ditto. They don't need Todd or Joaquin to do it, so why not.

Jack white is jokers alias in Arkham knight dlc
@@BaneStopMotion Also Arkham Asylum.
People wanted a Joker so they got not the Criminal they needed but the Joker they deserved
It would be great if you could interview Jacob Lofland. I'd love to know if Ricky and Arthur originally had more scenes together.
i like how Joker had more young actors, new faces its nice because it feels like Hollywood stick with the same few actors and its kinda annoying
masterpiece of a movie
What has Connor done to make everyone SO upset? Hahahaaha...
@martinignaciodefeo9235 he did well
@@daousdava Yeap... Connor did really well and now all Fleck fanboys hate him for that. Team Storrie here.
He gives me vibes of Michael Pitt and Bradley Corbet in the Funny Games Remake

Wow! Nice interview!!! ❤❤❤
Good interview about and inconsequential ending with an inconsequential character.
He’s actually a pretty cool guy
By far one of the most down to earth people I've ever hosted on the podcast. Very likable guy!
If this Guy is Jack Naiper all I needed from this story was to give Connor a chance to grow his character before that final sequence but he definitely delivered in his performance and the story was heartbreaking but it also had some astonishing moments.
He is Jack White. But yea you are correct
Jack Oswald white is the name of the joker in the Arkham games
Yup. And now the name of Connor’s take on him.
Well it wasn't his real name in the Arkham games, it's just an alias he uses to fund Dr Young's research of his titan formula and I don't think it was 'Ozwald', it was just Jack white, which is an alias he has used before in the comics.
Arkham Joker is an extension of The Animated Series Joker.
Real names Jack Napier, and this aint that guy.

@jjonahjamerson6765 it is.
I totally see why Connor was cast in the role. I fundamentally disagree with the premise of his character. That being said, he did a great job.
Yeah he was given the role he dreamed to have.
They called him "Kid" in the movie.
Joker is the name
Hope you get more roles. I didn’t care for the movie, but it wasn’t on you.
Pity you didn’t get the memo because the film is incredible! The film will be a cult classic within the next 10 years!
Connor is a chill dude, too bad the movie was what it was
I think people are stupid the end of the movie was a delusional fantasy in Arthur's head
What wasn´t a delusional fantasy in Arthur´s head? How could Hartley get inside Fleck´s isolation cell and have sex with him as soon as he woke up? Hahahahaha... You´ve never been in a mental institution.
Jack Napier
First!
Oh wow! Nobody cares!
@Gavy61 don't be a prick... btw you have the worst superman as your profile pic pls change it to reeves thanks
@@Gavy61 oh wow your an asshole
@Gavy61 you cared enough to comment kiddo also u have the worst superman as your profile pic
The execution was awful and the character was really there for nothing other than act stupid.
