Unlike other boxers, Inoue does not aim for a decision, but fights for KO. Naturally, he enters his opponent's territory, so there is a risk of being hit by a bullet. But Inoue was not hit by a bullet except for the first round down. Other boxers would be hit by many bullets if they aim for KO in every match. People who watch fighters who always outbox each other may not understand this. Inoue has said before: "If I want to win by decision, I can win without getting punched. But the fans don't want to see that, so I'm going to take the risk and go for KO.” This is the mentality of a special fighter.

Inoue's getting up after that first round knockdown to become stronger and more aggressive is a testament to how good he really is. Most fighters would have been rattled and gone on the defensive over the next couple of rounds but not Inoue.
Some wise words from butler. Size will eventually defeat him. But skill wise and completeness as a boxer, I think inoue is far far ahead than anyone else.
Fans might have been oblivious that Inoue started his career at Fly weight. He has already gone up 3 weight classes. The manager of his Gym stated next year he will challenge Feather weight anyway.
@@chongychongman1527 Do the math. It appears he skipped Fly weight, and I didn't know that, my bad, but then he weighed up over 4 divisions if so , Light flyweight, Flyweight Super flyweight Bantamweight Super bantamweight. So 4.
Inoue will dominate everyone up into super featherweight, then it's questionable. All depends on his comfort in gaining the weight, while retaining his power, speed, and etc. Right now though, he #1 P4P with a straight 8 KO streak.💯
It's just unreasonable to think that lighter fighters have to keep fighting at heavier weights to prove themselves. Would anyone say a heavyweight champion wasn't necessarily a top fighter unless they kept losing weight and winning other classes? Why the double-standard?
At this point, I would not question if Inoues' power will carry over to 126lbs. He's been moving up in weight as his body matures and based on his frame,126 may just be his "natural maximum" weight. Let's not forget, he started out at light flyweight 108lbs. The right fight at 130lbs is possible with the right fighter? If he were to dip his toes into those waters, I would not expect him to dive right in, like he did at 122lbs with an underpowered, but decent boxer in Stephen Fulton. His team, and father are smart enough to know what they can expect from him, and will absolutely never, ever put him into a losing position.
He took that first knockdown personally. “Who can defeat him?” Unlikely anyone will but he hasn’t fought Brandon Figueroa yet and he was short changed in his last big fight. Also in a few fights time Liam Davies might be knocking on his door.

Inoue started at 108, to go to 135 would be a total of 27 pounds, or an increase of around 25% bodyweight... Like someone starting at 140 welterweight and going up (35 pounds) to 175 light heavyweight. It isn't about height and reach, it's about build and body type in terms of what weight you fight at.
