Prof Dr Javed Iqbal is a surgeon with special interest in laparoscopic and cancer surgery. His professional qualifications are FCPS, FRCS, FACS, FICLS, MCPS-HPE.
He is one of the pioneers of laparoscopic surgery in the region. He has trained more than 50 surgeons formally as their supervisor and thousands more who have worked with him in various capacities during his four decades long professional journey. He is an official mentor of Royal College of Glasgow and International Course Director of American College of Surgeons for Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS). He is a well known medical educationist and has been a part of College of Physicians and Surgeons, University of Health Sciences and Nishter Medical University as faculty of medical education.He is on the reviewers panal of various index medical journals. He has more than twenty five research publications on his credit along with a book on surgery entitled "The Operative Surgery"He is a published poet, short story writer, critic and broadcaster. His current areas of effort are teaching and training of soft skill at various national and international fora. He is very active on social media and his team runs a very well subscribed youtube channel covering versatile topics& interests. He is regularly being invited on national & international TV shows for his intellectual contribution. He is an influential speaker. Millions of people are getting benefit from his videos on medical education, FCPS training, parenting, relationships, human wellbeing and various other social issues.
Govt of Punjab has recently assigned him the role of member, Punjab Health Policy Board.

I would like to listen this talk again and again.This is the 3rd time I'm listening and finding new meaning in his statements, It really uplifts my mood. I'm very thankful to Javed Sahib for his deep insights into human life and its behavior.
This is a great lecture of course but too short for that. I feel so sorry for those participants of this lecture who did not have time to listen to this and wanted to leave. What a poverty of soul!!! You don't come to such occasions very often in life and who knows it might be your last one. Honourable Dr Javed Iqbal has done much preparation to prepare this lecture and I am sure he had many more wonderful and vital things to tell us. Dr Sahib did not get tired giving the lecture but some participants did not have the patience even to sit there and just listen. If someone wants to leave then he should leave silently and let those who are interested and awakened souls may not be robbed of such a brilliant rare opportunity. Dr Javed Iqbal is a GEM we have in Pakistan, a treasure. God bless everyone who listened to this lecture and who is reading these lines. I apologize if I hurt anyone's sentiments.

A very thought-provoking talk given by Dr. Zaved. He is a master in conveying ideas in a very impactful and lucid manner. I have listened to one or two other talks given by him and always felt impressed. I certainly mull over the points given by him and try to implement them in my remaining years. May God give him all the strength to carry on with his mission of passing on the right knowledge to people like us.
Dr. Javed have good personality, robust voice, good knowledge of subject and very good way of presentation.

I have felt a flavor of Bertrand Russell in the smooth flow of ideas and words of your speech during the lecture, as I have remained an ardent reader of Bertrand Russell in my youth. I have made up my mind to listen all of your youtube lectures in the coming days. Sir, however, I have found that you have not touched upon the factor of "genetics" in your whole discussion. In my view, this is also an important thing to be included in the discussions when we are considering the "hidden forces" affecting the mental setup of a person. When you give somebody the task of expressing his specific views on a topic such as "the purpose of life", his paraphrasing of ideas in this respect are to a great extent dependent and influenced upon what his/her genetic makeup is?
