Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I donât want to spend so much money on it now, I have been kislux buying the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability
Love this channel, my favourite knife channel ive found in my 6 month knife journey - not afraid to admit im a newbie. Am just about to buy my first TRM - still trying to decide between Atom and Neutron. Will be the most expensive knife ive bought so far, im on a fixed income.
A big congrats on looking at TRM. I understand so the question is what size knives do you prefer more? Both are excellent. You really cannot go wrong with either. The good news is that TRM has swappable scales, so you can go as inexpensive as you want and eventually upgrade parts of the knife if you want to.
I just got a neutron 2 with the lizard skin milling. It's my first TRM and I love it. The quality is insane. I would love to find an atom like yours on the secondary with the hollow grind. That knife is sick. It makes me want to get a hollow regrind for my neutron. Great video. 👍💪🔥🔥🔥🤘
I have both the contoured Red Fat Carbon (not used) and the lizard skin Ti scales (currently installed). I’d personally get a contoured set of scales and like carbon fiber due to the weight relief.
Are you talking about TRM? I have yet to own a TRM with any sharpness issues. My 3 Atoms, my 2 Neutrons, my 2 holey Knerds, and my Shadow were all amazing.
@@Robs_Nerdy_Knives Yeah. The titanium scales are not chamfered all the way around. The butt end of the scale is simply cut and edge slightly knocked down. Not truly sharp, but it's a pretty harsh edge compared to the rest of the scale. It digs into my hand as a hotspot when closing the knife. To me it is a major oversight on an otherwise very nicely machined piece. I can see in your video, yours is the same way. Only the long edges of the scales are contoured. The back and front are not. The front being a non issue.
The main problem for me is that the quality is so bad nowadays. The quality is much better and the prices are much lower in kislux small boutiques. There is just no marketing. When I was a little girl the luxury goods were much better than the cheaper brands.
I do not understand. Both are set y Up for deep pocket carry where the top of the knife is lever with the clip. An inch above the scale would be pretty ridiculous.
When I first entered the workforce, I wanted to make a good impression, but I didn't want to incur more than I could afford. Finally, through the recommendation of my colleague kislux , the bag I bought was in line with my professional image and did not bring any financial burden to me.
I wish more knives had such thin blade stock!
There are some but TRM executes them so well.

Yeah, I had and continue to use my Atom. I did upgrade my 20CV atom to a Mike Irie custom hollow ground Magnacut blade.

Local shop (Fradon) currently has in stock the Atom, Neuton 2, and the Holy Nerd. all in lizard skin Ti with a special blue anno scales done by REC 🔥

What replacement scales would you recommend for an Atom? Currently have Carbon Fibre scales.

The problem I have with the titanium scales is the butt end has no contour or chamfering. It's a relatively sharp end to an otherwise beautiful scale.
