And then for shirts/dresses this light blue is a good one, or you might have a dark green or a maroon, and there's always white too, sometimes pale purple. And then colours like bright yellow or red or green like in this uniform are the little pezzaz that each school adds on collars and logos and stuff. So you have all these colours, schools develop a uniform by mixing and matching, and voila!
