Ironic they suggest weight training to counter the muscle loss. If they did weight training to begin they may not need the drug
You should wear a different color shirt so you don't look like a floating head 😂
lmao 😄😄😄
There is a FAT chance this drug is as wonderfull as they say ;) Great video Jerry.
There’s no free lunch in nature
These people that are overweight and using ozempic to lose the weight, care very little about retaining muscle. They only care about getting skinny and I doubt many in this chat are going to be currently using ozempic as its still very expensive.
Plenty of people with loads of money to burn especially among the retired. And it would be worth it if it actually worked and kept working after you stop but it doesn't.
A lot of people have gotten these covered for weight loss at this point, at least as long as the diagnosis is included, but much of the time the doctor has to submit for approval through the insurance to get the drug covered, and then many of them can get it for $20-40 per month with that, or even $0 at times with manufacturer coupons. The hard part more recently has been supply, though even that has eased mostly for many pharmacies. For diabetes, most of the time they are covered easily now. Not advocating for them, just updating that they have become a lot more accessible to the general public at this point.
I think that its a victum of its own success, as works so well people take it inlight of more appropriate interventions. However i do think its perhaps still potential is being explored as it can also treat a number of addictions and show outsized improvements in biomarkers not accounted by weightloss alone such cardiovascular risk and kidney function.
Ozempic is being widely reported to cause muscle loss in the face, aka Ozempic face, which is not a good look.
They just inject a bunch of filler
Its facial volume but it's mostly fat
Thank you for all your content. Love your channel and all the work you do.

Probably not.But most people who use Ozempic won't use steroids.
