If there are going to be people hired to enforce those rules, they need to know the rules and actually enforce them. Sometimes in the moment, especially in a KO that brutal the focus should be on the welfare of the athletes but there needs to be a designated ref specifically to be at a camera display to re-watch each of the 10 to 20 seconds it lasts for one iteration. They have a minute in between just for the recovery so why TF not? Godfrey was straight trash there and the refs just gave him two passes.
