This is gonna sound soul crushing, and I don't know if this comment is still accurate but one of the reasons I had trouble sleeping like this is *because* of ASMR. Pretty ironic, but you build a dependency and tolerance to ASMR so it doesn't hit as hard when trying to fall asleep. I fixed it by simply listening to less ASMR when trying to sleep.
The fact you crank a video a day it seems and have done it for two years is incredible. Doing that WITHOUT a plan for every video is beyond inspirational!
