I think you need to spray it more with the activator. I have really dry and chapped lips but it works well for me. Spray it a little closer to make sure you get your lips saturated enough with the activator in order for it to peel easily

it seems you didn’t do it properly, you’re not supposed to leave it on for more than 45 seconds, and you don’t build layers, supposed to wipe in between. Unfortunately improper use is often when injuries occur
