Today we use mullet as our main bait for the big rods. The water wasn't the best but we found something.
This one hurt my back but, it was a good fight.

Greetings my brother. We catch them same place at the bridge using the cast net. We've found a few on our last couple adventures on the bridge.

Why isn’t fishing called catching?
Fishing is casing lines or net into the water in order to catch fish. If none is caught, it couldn’t be catching. When you’ve caught something now, then it can be called catching.

Everytime fam ,big tarpon hook not a easy fight.i love fighting them but not luck to land them ,land only one 23lbs of years of fishing
Yes bro, they are a hard nut to crack at times. We are at a better advantage than those who hook up from ground level. We have more control fighting them from above.
I enjoy fighting the big ones because I love when my big reels run hot.
23lbs would still be a bother. One day one day you will bingo on one over 50lbs.

This is the Old Portmore Causeway bridge.
Good catch ..tho not a very good eating fish ...its very bony and a turn off ....seen them living at the edge of diners and cafes in cayman ..even at the fisherman's selling spot ..they just right there eating the waste thrown away....5 even up to 6ft maybe even more ...but good enthusiasm anyways ..I love fishing too
You should try putting one on the grill one day and you will taste the difference. Those bones are not much of a problem because the fish is big. Thanks for watching and for commenting.
