Don't go for bond. That too in startups. Work will be very hectic. 1 year bond is ok but 3 year is not ok

Hi Sameer, Obviously not every JD will fit you. It is impossible to learn everything, just focus on your core skills and strengths and apply for the relevant JDs

Heya, If your concepts are clear..you have practiced devops on your own..
You can expect more than 15lpa, also update your resume where u need to mention the experiences... make sure everything must be written with related to Devops only.
