@@ASMRDADDYfor months now I have been having trouble sleeping and having really scary nightmares every night and some nights I would wake up in the middle of the night crying because I would realise that I was in the dark, and the nightmares were getting so bad that I had started hearing things that weren't really there and hallucinating scenes from the nightmare and I had to go to the hospital because of it and I was really scared because I just wanted the nightmares to stop and right now I'm alone with my favorite stuffed animals and I'm in the dark and I can't use my night light because I have been having headache that cause me to be light sensitive and I'm scared of the dark so if you have any encouragement or comfort for me I would really appreciate it because I'm scared right now
